Poet Sushanta Das is an Engineer in Computer Science from Jadavpur University, West Bengal, India.

Poet's aim in life is to unveil the stories of the poorest of the poor who resides in every corner of this world, how a girl child is struggling for her survival everywhere, how they are mentally and physically tortured is a great concern for the poet.

The poet is also keen to address the issue of how millions of people is left with nothing whereas others have plenty. Not only the human kind, the poet also empathizes for the other creatures, who deserves equal care, love and affection. The Universe has gifted us mother Earth as a resource equally deserved by all creatures. All the creatures have been created with equal priority and rights.

The poet picks up his pen everyday with the dream of a world devoid of all inequalities and injustice. He strives with the hope of gender equality and justice for all.
